Boat Rental for Upcoming Lake Events!

The Lake of the Ozarks has been the place to be this year! Not only is it a fun place to spend time with a lot of outdoor activities to be enjoyed, but there are also some great events that are still going on this year. Ozark Yacht Club loves seeing all of these events and hosting our wonderful visitors - you! Keep reading to learn about some upcoming events and how we have the best boat rentals at the Lake of the Ozarks to help you enjoy them all!

Offshore at the Ozarks


Did you love the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout? Well this race is going to be another wonderful boat racing event you won't want to miss! This new-to-the-Lake race will be held October 2nd-3rd and will be hosted by the national race organization Offshore Powerboat Association (OPA) and sponsored by Performance Boat Center.

The race will take place between the 5 and 9 mile markers in front of Camden on the Lake Resort. Boats that will be competing include Supercat and Super Stock race boats only. The schedule is pending, but will include two days of racing on Friday, October 2nd, and Saturday, October 3rd.

Enjoy the cooler weather and go watch another incredible race day at the Lake of the Ozarks!

Big Bass Bash


The Big Bass Bash is an event for amateur anglers to give it a try and possibly win thousands of dollars! Launch from anywhere on the Lake of the Ozarks and fish away to try and catch the big prize. There will be five weigh-in locations for contestants' convenience: (1) PB#2, (2) Red Oak Resort, (3) Ivy Bend, (4) Alhonna Resort, and (5) Point Randall.

This event takes place October 3rd-4th, so it will overlap with the Offshore at the Ozarks. However, start times have been arranged so that Big Bass Bash contestants will still be able to move through the race course.

The top four places will be awarded thousands of dollars - $100,000 for first place! And, over 280 places will be paid out, so you won't want to miss out of this great event.
