Food and Beverage Manager OYC is pleased to announce our Food and Beverage Manager, Shelley Bell. Shelley brings with her an extensive background in the Food & Beverage Industry. Shelley owned and operated a café in the southern part of the state before moving here to the lake to be closer to family. Shelley worked as a prep cook at the Blue Heron and most recently was the Food & Beverage Manager at Lake Valley Country Club. Shelley will be participating in streamlining our new kitchen in the Café as well as in our clubhouse during construction.
